is it possible to level down? im maxed out (accidentally) but i want to play the game from scratch.

I always used to play Bo2 on the ps3 and i am still used to these controller settings. I play with a Xbox controller and i want to swap my tectical and lethal with my aim and shoot buttons. how do i do this?
