when I try to launch a solo zombie game it gives me an error message about cleintds scripts can someone help me?

I downloaded two custom maps and uninstalled them but I still have some stuff from these maps like textures and I can't remove them can someone help me please?

I can't completely uninstall the map, is that normal?
