what skybox is that?

is there any way to get rid of the "frost is a bitch" at the start of each zombies game?

So for all games but especially BO2 i have my cg_fovMin set to 80 because I like my guns ADS having a higher FOV but I'm wondering if there's a command or script I can use so this doesn't happen while zoomed in with sniper rifles as it makes it harder to aim.
