Ive downloaded BO2 and it works just fine but when I downloaded the BO1 every time I tried to open it I get the error

I deleted the game reinstalled then kept getting the same error.
I deleted the game and Plutonium and then reinstalled both and kept getting errors when I try to launch BO1
