For the error:

in console: EXE_BANNED in-game: You are banned for the game session

The solution is to get the host to either remove you from their ban.txt file that’s in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6, or delete that file. To open that directory, press Win+R, paste the path, and press OK.
