I'm having the same problem have look into console.log file and it has these 2 lines near the bottom:
Failed to fetch DW file 'mpdatabk0000': err 1000 'BD_NO_FILE'. (381ms)
and
WARNING: Could not find zone 'C:\Games\pluto_t5_full_game\zone\english\en_ui_viewer_mp.ff'
thought id post these incase anyone can make anything of it there are other errors and files failed to load but not sure how relevant they are. please up date if you manage to fix
