Dear Support Team,
I am contacting you because my Black Ops II Zombies statistics appear to have been rolled back.
Yesterday, I played a solo match on Buried and reached round 46 with approximately 3,600 kills. At the end of the match, I had earned the skull-with-knife emblem, and the statistics from the match were correctly added to my profile.
However, when I launched the game again today, my rank had returned to the previous, lower level. I also noticed that my statistics had reverted to the values they showed before I played that match.
The unusual part is that the match still appears in my solo best games for Buried. Therefore, the game seems to have saved the match result, but the kills and other statistics were not retained on my profile.
I have already restarted the game several times. I also played another match to check whether my statistics were updating correctly, and the statistics from that new match were counted without any issues.
I am very disappointed about this situation, as reaching round 46 and obtaining approximately 3,600 kills required a significant amount of time and effort. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the issue and restore the missing statistics and rank progress to my profile.
