I had this issue, I was getting sudden frame drops and it was very annoying. Here are things I did to fix it: Set Texture Quality to Automatic, turn on Shader warming, and set Texture Filtering to Automatic.

These worked for me, so I don't entirely know if they'll work for you.

My specs (I don't know if this is helpful to you): Ryzen 2600, 8GB DDR4, 1650 Super, PNY CS900 500GB SSD.

KSX387 this is sick! once i get a better laptop this mod is going on to my future storage technology (probably a NVMe)
