St3wie tengo el windows defender, y deshabilite la proteccion en tiempo real, es eso suficiente?

Bueno tengo este problema y es que no me descarga el cod bo 2, me dejaba en 4% borre los archivos y ahora me deja en 1% ayuda por favor
