Plutonium

First of all thank you guys so much for making bo2 playable, I've wanted to play it ever since it came out. I'm from India and I've noticed that none of the servers have less than 100 ping although this could be because of the low player count in the region is there anything you guys can do to improve the ping as it really impacts gameplay, I get killed by people I didn't even see pop up because of the latency.
