Plutonium

Today I formatted my computer. My IW5 is in HD, and I just formatted the SSD. But when I started the game after formatting, I went back to level 1, I lost my customs classes and other things that I changed, but my keybinds and sensitivity are normal. What can I do to bring my profile back to normal?

Why did cg_fovScale dont work in BO2 Plutonium? In IW5 it works, but not in T6. The aim down sights diff is very high with cg_fov 90 ...
