Hello i was long ago playing bo2 and i used cheats so i got first time banned but really long ago then i replayed it like 1 year and half later and forgot about the cheat that i could'nt use it in private match but had to use it in lan so i didn't really wanted to use it online and then i got banned for life so i was asking if anyone could please understand this and unban me i forgot that i had to go on lan because i stopped playing a long time ago

Hello i got perma banned because i did a mistake i used cheat on a private match but it banned me and after that i saw that i had to go on lan and now that i am perma ban i cant do anything cause i tryied too many time to reconnect and yes that's it i didn't know i had to go on lan so pls can i get unbanned pls
