Plutonium

Doesn't seem to be possible to bind the scoreboard (originally TAB).
I believe in the original non-plutonium game you'd change it in the multiplayer settings and it'd affect zombies, tried that and it didn't work.
Also thought to change it directly in config file, but can't find said file.
Any help?
