Type unlockall in console. And no it's not on our end, stats are saved locally in your PC (%localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t4). It probably got corrupted somehow hence why you lost your stats.
Is there any reason for this? In the end it just need to be saved in a db, and a forum uses a db
