Plutonium

Hello, today I was banned for no reason at all. I have had my account for about 6 months and I don't see why I would cheat today.
I only play with friends and I have to admit that I have created 3 different accounts to see the ban was still in effect.
Can I get a ban for this unjustified ban especially since I never play online with other people than my friends
