Plutonium

i was leveling up fine before but now when i start multiplayer im at level 18 and i can level up normally but when i quit the game and then come back its back at level 18, i got to level 20 3 times now and it keeps resetting to 18, i still get the notification for unlocking the new guns for leveling up and i can equip them but in a match i cant use them it will just show up as the old weapon
