Plutonium

I have 2 problems with this tool, 1.) When trying to create a skin for Digital Urban, clicking the Create button seems to do nothing, so I need to make it for a different camo then rename it. Second problem is creating a skin for Digital Urban, all 3 files are named incorrectly, any fixes for these?

the file used to be named mpClassSets but that doesn't seem to be the name anymore, also the previous location has also seemed to change.
