Plutonium

I can't find %localappdata5%/Plutonium
I have the files downloaded on a New volume (D:) not local Disk (C:)
What should I do in this case?

Everytime I have to start the plutonium launcher I get the update bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win.32.
After it is done I open the launcher Press Play on Bo2 and nothing happens. The launcher just quits and I have to download the update again.
I tried running as admin, restarted and excluded plutonium from antivirus check with no results. Any other possible solutions?

I am downloading the piry tool and got an error while downloading file sound/zmb_highrise english: failed to copy: steam error. Ive seen that I am supposed to run as administrator but im scared the download will restart cause my internet is really bad and by now have downloaded 50%. Should I run as admin or just wait for it to finish then fix the issue.
