Mais on arrive pas a jouer ensemble et je comprends pas pourquoi alors que sur bo2 ça marche très bien....

Hello everyone, i will do my best to explain in english.
I wanted to play with my friend at World at War in Zombies but we can't connect to each other because, in the game, it's mark that we are offline. We tried to create an online profil directly on the game but it seems to be loading forever "creating profil". And of course we can't join the server or game from each other.

Can someone help us ?

Hello i've got a pbm here. 5min ago it was working and while i was waiting for a friend i've got disconnect and can't connect anymore.
Pls help
