I had the same problem. I am using a 4k monitor and i've set 2160p in the settings, but it looked horrible. I had to switch the "Image Quality" from "Extra" to "Native" in the advanced video settings. Now it looks excellent.

When I load up IW5 the quality is really bad, it looks like pixels. How do I fix this?
