When I'm going to play a match of zombies it starts with the screen load, when it finish of loading, it just stop on the "awaiting Textures" I can hear the sound in-game but I can't play because of the screen, after a couple minutes y take me to the main menu with a "you have been disconnected front BO2 servers" I don't know what do I need to do, help

it just says "You have been disconected from de Bo2 servers"

I need help, when i go to zombies any map the screen is loading, when it finish it loading for a few second with the treyarch Simbol but then it stop, i can hear the sound of the mal, but i can't play because i still On the loadscreen and then it take me to the menú, how can i fix it?
