I had the same problem. I am using a 4k monitor and i've set 2160p in the settings, but it looked horrible. I had to switch the "Image Quality" from "Extra" to "Native" in the advanced video settings. Now it looks excellent.

@Infamous Same for me. I click play and nothing happens. There's nothing in the folder I set for it. I have gotten the game to launch twice after 20 tries. The first time it froze for 10 minutes and the second time it closed out after a few seconds. I downloaded the dedicated server and followed everything on the guide.
Edit: So I found out it was my antivirus deleting all the files every time I tried to open the game. I disabled everything and now it seems to work just fine.
