if you're very hesistant of loading up the game after being unbanned , i'd advise you to factory reset your pc if you wouldn't wanna take the risk unless, you can find the issue causing you to be banned. Im also not accusing you of purposely injecting for malicious intent.

i've had a similar issue to where my audio would die out completely and it would freeze my game but it wouldnt crash , it would freeze and constantly come back and forth , what i done to fix this is i checked if i had any audio driver updates and i did which i used to fix my issue , if the issue is persistent check to see if you have any hardware issues

Use Driver Easy to check for driver updates

i would check again to see if you have some unwanted app running in the background , anti cheat wouldn't ban someone for no reason unless something was injected into plutonium
