When I open the launcher and then press bo2 zombies it wont open I hear the zombies back ground music but nothing to show up please help I deleted and I install it again same problem.

but yesterday I was playing with no problems !! that's it
also inside the launcher I see red line that say Upnp states 1 failed and some time 2 and 3
