How close are we to getting our hands on this? I yearn for the day I can play WAW multiplayer, (I'm a victim of the create online profile glitch)

Any update on the overall progression of T4 WAW?
Im new to pc gaming and one of the first games I bought on steam was WAW because I loved the MP back in the day, but obviously like most new people I encountered the infamous create profile loop, im past the point of a refund now I think. So This is basically my last hope at being able to play WAW mp, and also zombies.
