Plutonium

Whenever i launch a server it doesnt give me any errors at all but whenever my friends tries to join me(double clicks my name) it doesnt do anything(and yeah it says playing in a private match next to my name). It was all working fine just yesterday but now i can neither join my friend nor can he join me and I have no clue why, we also tried connecting by ip and still nothing
