Anyone else getting a bug when you buy a perk it's buying the perk twice then giving you -x amount of points it costed you to buy that perk

JezuzLizard ok but like what if we own the game through steam, and running the verify file integrity thing doesnt fix it? Mine just keeps saying im missing one file, then downloads it, but says its missing again as soon as i run the tool again. Should i download the torrent and hope that storing the two games in the same file fixes the issue?

Yeah I always own the game through steam and it didn't fix it so gonna download the bo1 game files from plutoniums torrent and hope it fixes it.
