Plutonium

it is not a virus and i have loaded it up before but then shuts down

I have downloaded the t6r.dll file from this website https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/t6r_dll.html and when I put the t6r.dll file in my t6r file and I go to start the game nothing pops up and the game doesn't load. I dont know if its slow internet or I did something wrong plz help.
