15 FPS bug - Permanent fix please? [Black Ops 2]

I get the 15 fps bug and i keep having to set the screen mode from WFS to FS and back again to get my true fps of 160. How do I permanently fix this so I don't have to refresh my screen mode to unlock my true fps?
