@DrSkum88 I tried that and still gave me the error like before it wont open, It feels like that the other games on Pluto run in window state and they work. Just WaW and Black Ops 1 still wouldn't open the game. But its fixed now, all I had to do is edit the config_mp.cfg and add a few things to tell the game to load in full screen mode when opening the game. So that fixed it for both WaW and Black Ops 1. Now the game runs flawless. I still don't know if that dxvk for dx9, but ultimately it open so I can play it. Thanks for your help
