Plutonium

When trying to complete the Origins easter egg, the game did not spawn in the 4 holders for the staffs around the map after upgrading them. Are there maps we have to do first or something?

Whenever I launch the game everything runs fine but when I select a server to play on my game either freezes and crashes or says my Plutonium Launcher is "Out of Date". Does anyone know a fix?
