if i start the game i have the windows normal cursor not the custom bo2 cursor how can i change that?

cursor is from windows standard -
mouse cursor is normalits not that big of a deal but in the normal black ops 2 you have a custom mouse cursor and today as i started plutonium i didnt how can i change that?
