I get "Challenge Verification Failed" every single time I try to join a server. I haven't been able to play iw5 since it was released. Anyone mind helping me?? been asking in discord and I just get ignored. thanks

Every time I join a server I either get in right away or I have to wait 2 maps to join. I join the server and it gets stuck on the loading screen. The server isn't full. It does this on both of my computers. One of my computers is launching iw5 through steam to use controller and the other is just on desktop. I've tried allowing every folder that has to do with iw5 and MW3 through firewall and virus and threat protection. My first pc has a 2070 ti super with a Intel Core i5-9600K 6-Core 3.7 GHz. and my other pc has a 1050 ti with a AMD FX-6300. I get in the game more on my 1050 ti pc rather than my 2070 ti pc. It just makes no sense to me. I have verified my game files through steam. I have my dlc files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3\zone\dlc Please help?

Whenever I load into a server it gets stuck on the loading screen and I can't get into the game. I have to disconnect and try 10 times to get in. sometimes it kicks me out of the loading screen and says "Challenge verification failed." does anyone else have this problem? does anyone know how to fix it?
