It happened again, but it only happens when i change my prestige level ?? is that possible and why?

i just repaired bo2 on steam, 2 files were missing but it didnt change anything

again, even running as a admin ?? got set to the latest back up again.
is my account not doing any back ups anymore?

Sometimes I play bo2 change classes, prestige....
And the next time I open bo2 I get an error set to back up... Pls help why
