Seems in BO2's menus, there's no mouse cursor at all for me, and the keyboard won't let me access all of the options.

Running Windows 11, with an NVidia GeForce 3060Ti.

Yeah, it seems emblems are in a weird state. You can save them to your playercard, but can't save them to your inventory. Hope this eventually gets changed. Making your own emblems was a really fun part of BO2 that is a shame to miss out on.
