I'm diving deep into the BO1 Zombies experience via Plutonium, but I’ve hit a couple snags that are messing with the vibes:
VOIP Issues in Zombies
I’ve got everything enabled—VOIP is turned on in settings, my mic works flawlessly in other apps, but in-game it’s radio silence. I don’t think my teammates can hear me, and I’m not sure how to confirm if VOIP is actually transmitting. Is there a way to test this in-game? Any patch or config tweak to fix this? Would love to yell “REVIVE ME!” like it’s 2010 again.
Resolution Madness on 4K TV
Running on a Samsung 4K/120Hz TV and aiming for that buttery MW2-level 4K/120FPS experience. But BO1 is acting like it’s stuck in the past:
- Fullscreen only runs smooth at 1080p.
- The highest selectable resolution is 2K (2560x1440), but even that lags hard in the menu.
- Game seems to choke when pushed beyond FullHD, which feels off considering my setup can handle way more.
Is this a known limitation of the client? Any way to unlock true 4K support or force higher resolutions without tanking performance? I suspect there’s a config or launch param workaround out there.
Any help from the Plutonium wizards would be legendary 🧙
