@TahjGadd Unfortunately that is not possible, since the default PAP camo of tranzit is not animated, I would think that it is only possible in MOTD PAP camo.
If I try this without internet, I get an error "Could not Authenticate to Plutonium: Unknown Error".

@my-bitch-is-gay if you want the png just convert the iwi file back to dds (with fast iwi converter) and edit it with paint.net. Or read the docs on pluto for more information.
