After downloading the provided zip from google drive Should have a archive that looks like this: 
Install:
Find your Plutonium Storage folder
Windows:
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage
Can Just (Win + R / Windows Key + R) to open the Run program and pasting that should take to your storage root directory showing: demonware,iw5,t4,t5,t6
Open the T5 Folder and simply drag the 'images' folder from the provided archive to the root of that T5 Folder.
Linux:
This involves finding your prefix for Plutonium. Since I have Plutonium added as a non steam game I used a program called protontricks: Select Non Steam Game: Plutonium in the window > select default prefix > browse files. From there I follow this path: "drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/Plutonium/storage/" For me the needed T5 folder is located there. Then follow the same drag and drop install as windows.
