So, I want to start making custom maps on WaW but I only have it on Pluto. I tried downloading the UGX mod tools but I kept getting too many errors for them to even start development. I also tried searching for it but all I found was a bunch of problems with the download, making me wonder if it's even possible to create custom maps on WaW plutonium via the UGX or some other mod tool.

So I am trying to personalize my Bo2 by changing the in-game models and sounds, so I want to change the models of the panzer and Brutus to look like Andrew Tate by probably replacing the existing model with one I'll make on Blender. However, I can't find anything about replacing boss zombie models (not just changing colors) anywhere online nor the files for said models, so could an expert or something help me out a bit by telling me perhaps the file names or if I'm doing things correctly?
