Hi. I decided to hop on IW5 once again after not playing for a while. This issue still persists. Is there a fix for it?

While playing IW5, there will be some occurrences where I hit the Create A Class button and the game freezes. It happens pretty often. I’d say in the span of 2 hours It would freeze about 3 times. I don’t know what is causing this. The only mod I have installed for IW5 is Bot Warfare. Is there a possible fix for this?
