ive already followed all the steps found in every other topic and issue but its not working, sometimes when i click play it opens up a small, transparant window for a moment before that closes too, i have no error code or anything of the like, im using a genuine copy of black ops 2 bought from the steam app and i have no secondary antivirus, only windows defender which ive already granted permissions to everything that would need it, the game launches fine on steam but nothing happens while trying to launch it from plutonium.
