MP doesnt have a plutonium server browser only zombies does. It just have the reaguler one. Click on that server browser and right under click on refresh then the servers will show up

You only get unlock tokens by leveling up so thats why you not getting anymore.

There are servers in europe. The server list is currently broken. It shows a really high ping with a USA flag. If you click on a server and then click on the ping it will show the real ping.

if the above dont work try fizing your game files.

r_fullscreen 0, r_noborder 1, vid_ypos 0, vid_xpos 0 in the console then restart your game.
