Faeotic Okey i'm lying at some points could u tell me what is the reason i got banned for ?

I joined with my Fuuury account i was banned for 2 hours i think... but when i tryed to join with a new one i got banned for 13 days could u tell me what is the reason i got banned for because i didnt use any hacks and i didnt even type anything with that account on chat ?
