Dss0 remove in windows defender? or remove all files in the plutonium folder?
I mean go to C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Plutonium and then remove all files inside, and after run the plutonium.exe and start bo2 game. Is that?

P.S: I downloaded the dxsetup.exe and didnt work
