ilytwo I have installed directx at least 10 times, there are all redists, my video card and everything is up to date, my video card is showing as directx 12 in dxdiag also old components are on net farmework 4.8

I can open black ops 1 but when I open black ops 2 it gives directx error all my drivers are up to date all redists are up to date directx is the latest version I searched a lot in forums on youtube and tried a lot of solutions but it didn't work please help
