Plutonium

I have the same issue. For me it doesn't go beyond 1440p. The only "fix" is to play the game in windowed fullscreen mode, as it will just be rendering the game in your desktop resolution.
Don't expect anyone at plutonium to ever properly fix this. This is a known issue for years. At least the other games work.
