my pc is new and had a ryzen 7, 8 cores and a rtx 3070 biuld in...

hey team,
when i press play on bo2 in plutonium launchen then the game take around 10 min to load...
when the gamethen finally load then there dont apear any serven in the list...
have you any solution?
