Plutonium

so, I've been seeing hackers in plutonium and every time I try to get server info so I can report it to the host it always tells me that there was an error. IF we can't get server info to report hackers then how do we go about reporting them? i just ran into 1 like 5 minutes ago and his plutonium name was Trackz & his clan tag was S1

I keep getting connection interrupted during a match and it's getting old, I am using wifi but my connection is 106down / 96up. I've had no issues with any other games. Rust doesn't lag on steam so it has to do with something on plutoniums end. What can I do to fix this ?
