I meant to say that people can view in-game point refunds in the server public chats but for money refunds @Eizekiels is willing to show any necessary proof to Plutonium's staff where he clearly refunded people.
TrazTv13 Shoutout to you my guy for sharing those screenshots, as you plutonium staff can see, everything you guys needed to know is written there. It is also crucial for everyone here to understand that english is not everyone's main language here so I highly recommend to question before taking actions to not further escalate the situation.
Blaze the cat I understand the situation regarding luffy paying for the raid pass while some other guy gets it for free. However, I hope you do realize that the distributed paid products from Kiels to his community fall under the category of "Giveaways," which are used to maintain entertainment within a community. I never thought that elaborating on this would be necessary. Many other communities host "giveaways" for community engagement purposes.

I think Kiels offers enough transparency and indicates good faith. He already has apologized to the community, he is working on undoing some 'things' (check the screenshots from TrazTv13).
