How would I edit the pre-match settings on a custom map zombies server. For Example in the map Abandoned School, I can turn off and on the boss zombie. How would I do this on a server?

I want to use FastDL for my server and was wondering if someone could explain in-depth, what it is and how to set it up for a server?

Hey is there a way to have the players start with any of the special perks.
